WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba is a fun, exhilarating, calorie-burning workout with latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves. It makes no difference if you know the dance steps when you attend a class because the routines are very easy to pick up as you go along. And the music will most likely be familiar to you, making it easy to anticipate the next move. AND, your Y has classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Come check out a class - you will be hooked. For the schedule, click on "Forms Icon" and scroll to "Wellness Center".
